Between 4 and 6 May, the May Bank Holiday weekend includes some fantastic events.

Covering two very different music genres, Teddy Rocks Festival and Sherborne Abbey Music Festival takes place over the weekend. From classic to rock, these music festivals feature both well known names and local talent.

Wimborne Minster's first Plein Air event is taking place on Saturday 4th May. Watch professional and amateur artists paint or draw Wimborne's most picturesque landscapes, featuring charming gardens, meandering town centre lanes, historic structures, and open countryside just a short stroll away offering numerous captivating views to discover. You could event take part yourself to be in with a chance of winning great prizes along with other artists from across the UK.
